Liebe Erstis,
wir laden euch ganz herzlich zur zentralen Erstsemesterparty am 20. Oktober im Westand ein. Bitte lest euch alles genau durch, damit es vor Ort keine blöden Überraschungen gibt. Zutritt zur Party haben nur Studis, die in diesem oder im letzten Semester ihr Studium an der TU begonnen haben.
📍 Gefeiert wird im Westand, Westbahnhof 13. Die Location ist gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Denkt dran: Don't drink and drive! Die nächsten Bus- und Bahnhaltestellen sind "Cyriaksring" und "Am Jördebrunnen".
🕗 Die Party startet um 20 Uhr. Kommt früh, es wird sich lohnen. Wir haben ein kleines Spiel und Spaß Angebot für euch vorbereitet, für den Snack zwischendurch ist auch gesorgt. Schluss ist gegen 2 Uhr, damit alle am nächsten Tag ausgeschlafen beim Studium Generale mit dabei sind.
‼️ Ganz wichtig: Bitte ausreichend Bargeld mitbringen! Es gibt keine Kartenzahlung. Es wird eine Garderobe geben, diese kostet 2 Euro.
‼️ Die Einlassbändchen wurden während der O-Woche von den Fachgruppen und Fachschaften verteilt. Solltet ihr nicht an der O-Woche teilgenommen haben und kein Bändchen besitzen, erhaltet ihr vor Ort ein Bändchen gegen Vorlage eurer Immatrikulationsbescheinigung und eures Studiausweises.
‼️ Für die Party gibt es einen Code of Conduct, also Regeln, an die sich alle halten müssen, damit alle die Party gleichermaßen genießen können. Wer den CoC nicht beachtet, muss nach Hause gehen. Falls ihr eine negative Erfahrung macht oder eine Situation beobachtet, mit der ihr euch nicht wohlfühlt, sprecht bitte das Awareness-Team in den lila Westen an.

Dear freshers,
We cordially invite you to the central freshers' party on October 20 at Westand. Please read everything carefully so that there are no unpleasant surprises on the day. Only students who started their studies at TU Braunschweig this semester or last semester are allowed to attend the party.
📍 The party will be held at Westand, Westbahnhof 13. The location is easily accessible by bicycle. Remember: Don't drink and drive! The nearest bus and train stops are “Cyriaksring” and “Am Jödebrunnen.”
🕗 The party starts at 8 p.m. Come early, it will be worth it. We have prepared a little game and some fun activities for you, and snacks will also be provided. The party will end around 2 a.m. so that everyone can be well-rested for the Studium Generale the next day.
‼️ Very important: Please bring enough cash! Card payments are not accepted. There will be a cloakroom, which costs 2 euros.
‼️ The admission wristbands were distributed by the student groups and associations during orientation week. If you did not participate in orientation week and do not have a wristband, you can get one on site upon presentation of your enrollment certificate and student ID.
‼️ There is a code of conduct for the party, i.e., rules that everyone must follow so that everyone can enjoy the party equally. Anyone who does not follow the CoC will be asked to leave. If you have a negative experience or observe a situation that makes you feel uncomfortable, please speak to the awareness team in purple vests.
